In fact, we recommend that you don’t wait until your child is sick to call us! You’ll have to go to an Urgent Care Center. If we know your child at his or her baseline and have some knowledge of their health history, we can give you a same day urgent care appointment! This helps us ensure your child receives the best possible care.

Please don’t put off choosing a pediatrician until the last minute. Make a prenatal appointment to discuss your newborn’s care. New to the area? Make an appointment for a checkup and to provide us with your child’s medical records. That way, if you give birth at Bayhealth’s Kent General Hospital, we will be there to help welcome your child to your family
